I messaged on February 20 to notify I hadn't received the swap that ended February 5 and Veronica messaged me promptly to say she'd re-send on Tuesday (I took that to meanTuesday the 22nd). It was sent on March 5 and I received March 9. I noticed her other partner for this swap rated her on March 9 so it appears we both got the swap the same day.
