Comment: The postcard was so cheerful, flamingos are colorful and happy. I absolutely agree monopoly is too long. During college I played in a tournament and the game lasted 72 hours and my partner and I only got second place. I don’t remember the prize but do remember the company and food. I haven’t played since then. LOL

I still would have to buy 5 at a time and Heaven help me if they had 1-4, not 5 or 6, but 7-15, We would go to many Barnes and Nobles to get them all, Looking back, I am just glad that they were reading, but man was it a pain back then. When we can travel again, I'd love to travel to your area. I usually cross-stitch pictures but have done Christmas ornaments before. When I was cleaning I found several pictures that were almost complete, so I've been working on those. My mom was a quilter and I cherish the pieces that I have of hers. I bet your cross-stitch stocking is beautiful, sounds like a big project! Good luck with it! Take care!

Response: It's from one of my favorite magazines called Flow (produced in the Netherlands, but also available in English). They make companion books for Paper Lovers and they are usually a present to myself. And that's where your paper came from :). So glad you love it!

Comment: Thanks! Going to check out Lincoln in the Bardo, I like the narrators you mentioned. I used to commute for work, so audiobooks were key, then I worked in a quiet office and I like noise so I was still listening, but now working from home, I really haven't done any. I've had some come off waitlists and they time out before I get to them, sad but I do enjoy them.

Comment: Hello Beth, I received your swap today. I Picked The Starry Night as my favorite Van Gogh painting as well. I went to the Rijksmuseum in February before the lockdown. There I saw another self-portrait by Van Gogh. It was beautiful but the Moma will always top everything. I have been to Oldenzaal! How is your dutch, haha.. it’s a difficult language.
