Response: I am so happy you liked it. I bought the bat from a friend that makes them. The cards work like regular playing cards, they just look a little different than what we are used to for regular decks, and look more like the older fortune telling decks. Wands= Clubs, Swords= spades, cups= hearts, and coins= diamonds

It irritates me how many things I receive that are clearly marked "non-machinable", and have non-machinable stamps on them, but the post office runs them through the machine anyway. It's a really big pet peeve of mine. Thankfully everything in this swap arrived in tact.
Response: I'm glad the machines didn't eat it. And I agree it's super frustrating. I handed it directly to my local postmaster, and know for a fact she puts it in the non machinable bin for the sorting station. Apparently the guys up there decide to randomly toss stuff onto the conveyer lines instead of hand sorting it

I work at a large grocery store, I buy lots of markdowns. I dont eat much meat, saves me some money. Drive to work is 30 minutes, lots of gas. It's so cool to read about how you make yours, especially the interactive one! I also love the watercolor work on the "feeling lucky" card- I thought it was on actual leather at first! The stitching on the edges is incredible and gives such a polished effect- Is it real stitching or something else? Either way I love them both. Thank you again so so much!!!
Response: The stitching effect is from an ATC sized die I have to cut my papers with. Unfortunately the die cutting machine just broke last night, so I need to save up for a new one.

And, there are some interesting cards in the Frankendeck. You are correct, the dark side of the other ATC is not my cup of tea.
