Comment: 3+ years and finally getting a rating to you! I do feel bad and I am embarrassed about it also. I have been on an emotional roller coaster and I am hoping that it has finally came to an end. Life is not always fair. But we will survive! A while back, I promised myself to make right all the people and ATC's I have neglected to complete. It has been bugging me, as this has never been how I usually handle things. A few days late possibly, but always completed. I am so sorry about this and I do hope that this long awaited rating, will bring your paperwork to a 100% close at for anything I still owe you. If there is something else that you are missing from me, please let me know asap. Again ... Sorry!!!

Response: It was a torso ATC... sorry if that contradicts any rules. I thought that, as long as it was the height and width required at some point (the top of the torso, the sides of the thighs), it was okay to put it into any shape.
