Comment: So, I did get my stuff, but I wasn't to happy to find that not enough postage was on the envelope and I had to pay an extra $2.68... The lady at the post office said it was because the envelope was to thick. I believe it was because of the way you stacked the tea. Thank you for letter anyhow.
Response: I sent you a PM to see if we can resolve the postage issue. I apologize, as I always mail the tea swaps this way with 2 stamps and I have never had an issue and my mail lady was the one to tell me to do it that way. Again, I apologize and I hope that we can resolve the postage issue.
