Comment: Im rating a 3 since the postcard I received did NOT follow the rules stated on the swap. It was written in all black. It was supposed to be more then one color. I did send a message asking nicely to resend that it was 3 rating and i did copy the part of the swap that stated the multi color rules. I will share the message to anyone also. The message was read but no new pc has shown up or a reply back. I do try to be fair and work with partners first.
