Comment: Just so you know, it's not in my nature to rate poorly (less than 5), and so far I've only had to do it once. But this makes twice. Thank you for offering to resend the swap twice. However, I can't understand packages you send to me don't seem to arrive. I have received many, many packages from overseas, even some from your country, all in the timeframe of when this swap was originally due to be sent (September 27, 2010) to today (February 25, 2011). I will be happy to re-rate should something arrive.
