Comment: Your notes on Hawking assure me I want to read it -- that, Wallace and Proust are the only ones I haven't read. You should know Joyce's Ulysses is not poetry. And Don Quixote is very funny and somewhat raunchy.
Response: Thanks! I'm not sure where I got that Ulysses was poetry. Is there a super-famous novel-length poem based on a famous Greek tale? I dunno. Maybe I made it up. Maybe I should WRITE one! Muhahahaha! ;)

Comment: Awww! Thanks for Laurence, Dagny, and the fun little book. It made me smile. You must have quite the stash of stickers! I can't believe you had Quimby but no raccoons or goats! I will keep the book on hand for inspiration when I need it. I love the quote about tap water. I'm writing about woodland creatures so the raccoon is perfect. (Maybe I'll find a way to incorporate a goat too, you never know.) Who would've thought you could tell such a story with stickers. Too bad they can't be included in your word count! I am going to look into "Death Note" when I recover from Nano. Thanks so much for the thoughtful book and critters! :)

Have you tried this sauerkraut recipe:
You make this layers in an oven dish bottom to top: - mashed potatoes - sauerkraut - pineapple - raisins - mashed potatoes - some meat (I use smoked sausage, you can use bacon to) if you like - cheese.
Then you just put it in the oven for 30 minutes (200C).
This way it's a little sweet and maybe you like it now :-)

Response: I'm glad you liked it. I did it in PowerPoint - I right-clicked on the image, went to "Format Picture," and played with the brightness and contrast until it looked washed out enough. Then I right-clicked again and went to "order" and clicked "send to back" so it showed up behind the text.
