Response: I actually DID respond to your PMs and let you know that the FBs were late, Not to mention i left a comment on the swap. Also the swap rules did not say that they HAD to be completely Nice and Neat. They are regular FBs, not sloppy. Quote from the swap: **Making FBs: -Nice and neat is not necessary, but don't make them too sloppy.** If you rate me down because of lateness that is fine, but you cannot rate down because you wanted something the swap did not ask for.
