Response: shouldnt be a 3 at all i fulfilled this swap, and on time, it is not my fault things were returned to me by your post office... i Sent this swap on 2 separate occasions. Both times it came back to me as refused. No reason. Rec says its postage due. Not the case. Everything is mailed at the counter and weighed. Also i told rec that id gladly remake and resend a 3rdctime and i have. The 1 is just spiteful and retalitory as i already sent another and she knew this. 637 swaps under my belt. Never have i had less than a 5 with many hearts. My swap recird speaks for itself.
