US only This is one of my favorite holidays because my birthday is the 3rd. So, let's have some red, white, and blue fun. The simple guidelines: For this easy, matchbox swap we will each have just one partner. You will make your partner one July 4th themed matchbox - the small 32-count size. Please be creative and think of the 4th of July. I use a template to make my matchboxes out of cardstock, but most swappers decorate real, empty matchboxes. You also need to fill your matchbox with similarly themed goodies. I recommend filling your boxes with stickers, charms, ribbon, brads, buttons, beads, and other little embellishments. Anything goes, but make sure you send something you would love to receive. DO NOT send a matchbox that is poorly constructed and held together with just tape. It needs to be sturdy and you need to use glue for the best quality. No matchbox templates using paper, it must be cardstock or a regular matchbox. Please remember to include your name, your swap-bot username, your profile # and your email address in your package. This is usually included on a card or note. Requirements: No Newbies - Must have been rated on at least 5 completed swaps (does not include online swaps) Minimum of 4.9 Zero "no sends". If you have a 1 from an international swapper in the last month, pm me. I know some people are just not patient. I will ban questionable swappers after the sign-up date. Have fun. Please make this a matchbox you would want to receive and are very proud of. |
