What's new? What's happening in your world? Your pea-pod mates would LOVE nothing more than to hear about how you spent your day!

Here is a list of questions to get you started. Please answer each of them and if you wish, you may certainly add more!

• After stumbling out of bed, what is the very first thing you did?

• Tell your partner about your breakfast... (hearty affair or cold toast on the fly?!)

• What did you focus on today? What took up the bulk of your time?

• What did you feel good about?

• What did feel bad about?

• If you had a bit of "ME" time (ie time spent doing something for yourself) what did you do?

OR

• If you HAD had some "ME" time what would you have done with it?!

• How did you unwind in the evening? (perhaps with a glass of wine, a good book, or a bit of swap-bot action?!)
