Okay everyone!

I want to make this first swap more relaxed. We can get into the swing of things, and give ourselves a chance to stock up on healthy foods, work out a plan, etc. which is why there's four days until the send by date.

We all want to shed a few pounds, and the easiest way to do this is to make ourselves accountable..with help!

For this first email, please send your partner the following information:

  1. Your Name
  2. Your current weight
  3. Your goal weight
  4. What you think your biggest weakness is
  5. What you plan to do to lose the weight
  6. (optional!) Include a few fitness of eating tips if you know any.

After this initial swap we'll get the ball rolling, but the current goal is that EVERY DAY we each do at least 1/2 hour of physical activity. That doesn't mean we all have to go to the gym or dust off the bike we've had since we were 12... It could mean we did a half hour of housework, or went shopping and walked around the mall or just took a walk around the neighbourhood.

I hope that we can make this a daily thing, because I know if I lapse even one day in my routine then it is all too easy to let another day...and another... slide.

In the end, if one of us falls behind, the goal is to write to each other and offer up encouragement and if one of us is doing excellent, praise!
