A Foodie's Tour

Whenever I travel to a different city/area, I absolutely love to try some of the local eateries. This swap is going to be my play on shows like Man v. Food, $40 a day and Diners Drive Ins and Dives. No, I'm not going to ask you to gorge yourself, or only have a budget of $40, but I'm hoping you get the idea behind my thinking!

What you'll need: A camera (if using a disposable one--24 to 27 exposures is fine), A 3 prong folder (or something of similar size).

Here's the plan: Go to five (5) different local (to you) eateries. This means no fast food and no national chains. Whatever you decide to have to eat (breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert), photograph it and write it up (you can either write or type it). Also get a picture of the restaurant--outside is a must, inside too if they have some cool inerior decor. Also, if they have a take out menu, include that.

After you've gone to all five places, print up your pictures on photo quality paper (if you used a disposable camera--have a place like Walmart or CVS print them up). With your photos, write ups and menus, make a nice little 'notebook' with them in the folder.

Misc. Notes: Because this is going to be somewhat time intensive, I'm going to be more stringent about who can or cannot join. This is going to be USA only. No newbies. All must have a 4.98+ rating
