I have become addicted lately to making matchboxes and I absolutely adore cupcake items so, I combined the two!

For this swap you will decorate/alter AND fill one larger matchbox - not the 32 ct but, the larger size (the one I have in front of me is a 250 ct & measures 4 6/8" x 2 5/8" and 1 2/8" tall) - the theme for this one is CUPCAKES!!

TO JOIN THIS SWAP:

must have a COMPLETELY filled out profile with a rating of 4.8 or higher

Newbies can join IF your profile is completely filled out

PLEASE do not join if cannot send your matchbox on time! There is nothing worse than putting 110% into the things you send out and then getting crap or something "thrown together" in the mail from your partner (or not getting anything at all) YUCK!

I am not having any luck finding cute small cupcakes stuff that can fit in a matchbox other than handmaking things what are other sources to find these kind of items?

Thanks for your help..I might have to drop the swap if I can't find some stuff.

tangledthreads - this swap is for the larger size matchbox (mine says 250 ct on the box but some I've seen in stores say 350 ct). You could do stickers, sticker flakes, confetti, brads, buttons, flatbacks, ribbon, charms, cardstock punchies, small stamps, a handmade felt brooch or patch or small cupcake plush/stuffie, cupcake picks with a pattern/character that your partner likes, etc...... I've found some really cute things I've bought and also a few things I am handmaking. I also have something that is so cute, wasn't expensive but it won't fit in the matchbox so I am sending it as an extra :) hope that helps!
