Stuffed any size manilla envy of atleast half established fbs. This will be fast.

You will put MEDIA MAIL on the front and mail I media mail rate. Put the name of the swap on the back of the envelope. I mail mine like this all the time and the postage is cheap.

Not trying to rain on people's parades and just because "everyone does it" doesn't make it "right" but this isn't media mail. :)

It isn't media mail and if the post office suspects it doesn't feel right, they may open it and return it to you.

Well I can assure you the post office ladies told ne I could do this. Maybe you should ask your post office. They are little booklets to get pen pals. I am not talking Bout including a letter or anything If you don't Agree you do not hAve to join. I asked postal workers

Yes media mail is able to be opened for inspecting do u can't add a note or nothing

I have heard of them being returned, but it was because there was more inside than just the fbs.

I work in the mailing industry daily, Media Mail is acceptable for FBS---this is not to be confused with "Library Mail"--
