Here's what to do for this swap~ You will have one partner, this swap is international so anyone can join. In an envelope you will send your partner anywhere from 5-10 recipes, the recipes can be typed or hand-written. With your recipes you could include notes about why you liked the recipes or pictures. Don't forget to include the title of the swap("Swapping Recipes!") and your swap-bot username somewhere on or in the envelope. Newbies are welcome to join, but I'll remove anyone without a well-filled out profile or anyone who seems like they won't commit to the swap. Please, no flakers! Make sure you can commit to the sign-up and sending dates before joining this swap. All items must be sent by March 18th!

hi, the recipe is profile base or senders choice ?

It can be sender's choice, but it would be nice to make them profile based(in case the person you're sending to is vegetarian or has allergie, etc.)
