My Happy Journal

This will be a journal with the purpose of focusing on the good things and being thankful...about finding and embracing the happiness, peace, and love that can be found in our every day average life!!!

The journal will have five sections that are required each day and they are:

• a list of things that made you laugh, smile, or just happy in general

• happy thoughts you had that day

• a piece of ephemera from a happy moment that day

• an inspirational quote

• a text entry -- you can write about your day, your feelings, goals...whatever you want but just keep it positive. If you are having a bad day, write about it...but also write about how you are going to be able to survive through it and keep your blessings in mind!!!!

That's it. Your entries don't have to be long. Just be true to it. This is a journal with meaning so just enjoy the experience and record your progress :) You may add anything else you want as long as you have the five required sections each day.

This journal will be for every day of April!! Your journal may be any size and it may be store bought or handmade.

The most important part is the experience, but put real effort into your journal!!! Any flakers will be removed from group and reported!!!
