Positive Affirmation Postcard

Affirmations are positive statements that describe a desired situation, and which are repeated many times, in order to impress the subconscious mind and trigger it into positive action. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the affirmations, they have to be repeated with attention, conviction, interest and desire.

Details:

Create one (1) postcard for one (1) partner with a positive affirmation on the front. The front would be the part you do not stamp and typically includes the artwork or picture. Decorate, paint, etc. the front and make sure it is sturdy and will hold up in the mail. Mail these naked and remember to include your username and swap name on the back. The affirmation can be something you use on a regular basis or one that is new to you. Any positive affirmation will do.

- My thoughts are under my control.

- I radiate love and happiness.

- I am surrounded by love.
