Animal MATCHBOX with an animal DOTEE inside

Can you show me the example of what are they supposed to be? I am new to this.

My 14 yr old nephew and 17 yr old niece are in foster care thanks to my sister... My nephew is coming here to live (I'm in AZ and he is in IN). He has had a very bad life. He knows no body but me wants him.

I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to send him something with words of encouragement. No religious stuff. Things with a boy theme, I have never been able to make boy themes.. I plan to try to make a few things for his room.

His favorite color is dark blue, which I just painted his room. He likes space ships or stars to put on the walls.. Other than that I don't know what he likes. I wasn't allowed to talk with him for many years since I told my sister she didn't deserve those kids.

The social worker is coming on Oct 4th to check us out to see if I get him for sure or not.. They told me it would take 2-3 months for the process and its already been over a month.
