Description:
The first Month of spooky inspired ATC's was Frankenstein so for our second month I thought we should do the Bride of Frankenstein ATC. Since it is sender's choice as to medium you can start making it right after signing up. The ATC must be 2-1/2 x 3-1/2 and have a sturdy base. I am going to try to have a ATC swap at least once a month and I thought it would be fun to start off with the classic Movie Monsters.
