Since postage will be pretty cheap to send these charms, I would like to invite our international friends to join in the fun:))) If everything goes well and there is enough interest, I plan on this being a monthly swap. You will send 10 6" 100% cotton fabric charms (no more than 2 alike) to 2 partners, so you will be sending a total of 20 charms. All charms must be of some kind of print, tone-on-tone, marble, etc......NO SOLIDS ALLOWED!!! 6" charms are just the right size for making dotee dolls, piecing together to make quilts, or can be cut into smaller sizes for postage stamp quilts, turnovers, honey buns, inchies or any craft you use small pieces of fabric for. The charms you send can be any kind of print....stripes, polka dots, floral, marbles, etc., but no solids please and no more that 2 charms alike to each partner. Also, only send good quality fabric! I am not going to say that you have to send quilt quality fabric, but just make sure that the fabric you send is good quality and not so thin you can read the paper through it. Use a rotary cutter to cut your charms and measure accurately. We don't want anyone getting 5 1/2" or raggedy cut charms now do we??? Any extras you choose to send is entirely up to you:)) Newbies are welcome with a fully filled out profile and atleast 5 type 3 swaps under your belt with an overall rating of 5.0. Seasoned swappers must have atleast a 4.98 rating with no unexplained 1 or 3 ratings within the past 3 months. Anyone who flakes in any of these swaps will NEVER be welcome to participate in any of my swaps again and I will shout it from the highest mountain top!!! I will be more than happy to angel for anyone who happens to get flaked on....fair enough??? |
