Don't judge a book by its cover... judge it by its first page!

For this swap, we'll share the first page of four favorite books, fiction or non-fiction (senders choice).

These should be the first page that includes full text (prologue or chapter one). No children's picture books. You can photocopy, type, or neatly hand-write these pages for your partner. Include the title and author for each so that your partner can purchase / check-out the book if the first page entices them.

(By "full text", I just mean not the title page. I know sometimes the very first page of a Prologue or Chapter One only uses up 1/2 a page - that's fine!)
