Rainbow Mailart Envie With a Rainbow Surprise

For this swap you decorate an envelope with a rainbow or rainbow theme, and put a rainbow surprise inside. You will have nearly a month to send this out, so put some thought into what you send and the decoration for the envie. My understanding is that mail art traditionally is sent with stamps rather than barcodes. I like stamps, so that works for me.

You must have at least 5 type 3's and high ratings. Please explain or try to resolve any low ratings.
