Description: | |
For those who love the paste and pass, or add and pass type of mail art, this swap is for you. :) Take a blank postcard and divide it into 4 sections.. all sections should be similar in size and your postcard should be around 5 X 7 or larger. Number each section 1, 2, 3, and 4. In one section, use any mailable medium you choose and create a piece of art. Mediums used can be collage, paint, draw, stamp, or a combination of any, or all mediums. Its your card, do what you would like to see on it. Address the back side of the card with your address on it. After you have completed your artwork on the card, put it in an envelope and mail it to your assigned partner. They will then do their artwork in one of the sections of the card and mail it onward in the next round. :) Please adhere your art really well as when the card is complete it will be mail naked back to you and must be able to survive our not so gentle mail system. Some of you may already have a paste and pass card in your possession from a previous cancelled swap. Feel free to mail these on for this swap or make a new one if you choose. Perhaps you can contact your partner and if they agree, you can pass on both. I would like to see everyone receive back the paste and passes they started in the previous swaps that have been cancelled. This swap will be regional: US/Canada but I will also be doing an International one if there is enough interest so everyone can play. Time between signing and sending will be enough to allow quality work! That goes for this swap and any subsequent in the series! Time between swaps will be approximately a month. :) Feel free to ask any questions! thanks for joining! Newbies welcome but please ask if your not sure of something! |
