Forms, fill-ins, and journal cards

We all have fun putting our found items in our smash and glue books but sometimes we need help putting those items together or highlighting them in some way. SMASH, Recollections, and numerous other sources have forms, Fill-ins, and journal cards or pages to add to your book to help do such things. For this swap, you will have 2 partners and send a minimum of five items to each partner to add to their books. Hand created forms and fill ins of high quality are also welcome in this swap as creativity is always welcome. Any questions please PM me or ask below.
