My absolute favorite is Picard!!

But I wouldn't mind if you wanted to throw in one of Archer, Kirk (Pine ),and/or Sisko. I also rather like Captain Mackenzie Calhoun but it's pretty much impossible to find a photo of him that isn't a book cover and most of the fanmade images of him don't match my mental image anyway ;-)
