Do you love Shabby Chic? Do you like to create tags? Well, for this swap, You will create a Shabby Chic Tag. It must, must, must be all shabbied out. Ribbon,lace,bling, you name it. For this tag, You must have a rating of 5, no exceptions. So, for the details... You must use a #8 tag(or larger) That would be 6 1/4 X 3 1/8. You must embellish like crazy. Lace,Ribbon,Bling,Spray Inks,Cameos, pretties, etc. and it must be quality. I strive to create quality papercraft items and I always make sure that my swap partner is happy with what I have created!
