Private swap for SultryPeacock and Snpyrunner.

Let's exchange quilting fabrics (100% cotton quilting weight and weave prints): 4.0 ounces fabric minimum which equals approximately 1 yard of lightweight cotton broadcloth. By volume that would be a 9x12 envelope comfortably full (to about 3/4 inch thick). Postage should end up coming to less than $5.00 priority mail whether it's in an envelope or a box. (don't use the flat-rate box- that'd be more expensive. .. but the flat-rate envelope should come to 4.60 if you decide to use it.)

Add extras if you want to-- not necessary.

I can use scraps down to a 2" on-grain square (for my charm quilt). I also do paper-piecing, so irregular scraps work just fine, they don't need to be square or FQ or anysuch.

There are some specific themes I am collecting fabrics for- (I'm just in the fabric collection stage so I haven't decided on size or shape of blocks yet)

Themes include:

1.- black on white / white on black prints

2.- frogs / turtles

3.- peacocks (this one's tough!)

4.- quilting and sewing prints (buttons, needles and thread, dressmaker forms -- not the printed "quilt blocks")

5.- brilliant color prints on black background / brilliant color prints filling the ground so there's no background. The fish image I used for this swap is an example of what I mean by "bright color" and by "no background". It's not a fabric I have yet-- it's on my wishlist. :)

6.- charm quilt of 2" squares, any print any color
