Description:

October is International Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This swap was a big success last time i hosted it and i hope it will be the same this time.

For this swap we will be sending our partners 4 quality gifts that are pink. This includes items that have pink packaging and items that are primarily pink. Items are senders choice (purchased &/or quality handmade).

Remember a large number of companies change their packaging to pink for BCAM too so items which may not normally be pink will be for October. You are welcome to send more than 4 items if you wish. Any extra items do not have to be off the list

Choose 4 items from the list below:

  • pink pen

  • pink ribbon or lace piece (30cm+)

  • Pink Embroidery Thread

  • pink notepad, notebook or journal

  • Pink Fat Quarter

  • 4 pieces of pink scrapbooking paper (10cmx10cm minimum)

  • Pink bath/shower product - soap bar, body wash, wash cloth

  • Chocolate/lolly - pink wrapping is fine

  • 5 pink paper flowers

  • pink stamp pad

  • pink fridge magnet

  • pink keyring

  • roll of pink deco tape

  • a homemade pink surprise

  • 5 pink envelopes

  • a pink ribbon day charity product such as a badge

  • Pink notecard or greeting card with envelope

  • small pack of pink beads

  • sheet of pink stickers

  • sheet of pink wrapping paper or pack of pink tissue paper

My wish with this swap is to remind us all to help in whatever way we can to fight breast cancer, whether it be via a small financial contribution like buying a pink ribbon or learning how to check yourself properly.

I've decided to pull out of this swap as I tend to like to send handmade items, however,it probably not the quality required despite the time and effort I put in. Over many years of swapping I have made scarves, beanies, owls, coasters bookmarks - the list goes on. I am sorry to all if the quality isn't good enough.

I haven't posted my swap yet as I have 3 other swaps to go to the same person and Im sending them all together on Tuesday, have notified my partner though.
