Description: | |
This swap will have participants creating 2 (two) Art journal pages each round for one (1) partner using the prompts provided. There are six (6) rounds. The theme loosely relates to a board game and movie. Swappers will ultimately bind the pages into a cohesive sequence that they like, which may or may not tell a story. In each Round each of the four prompts must appear somewhere on the 2 pages. That could be 2 on each page or 3 and 1 or all 4 on one page, as long as they all appear, at least once, in some form. You might write a brief note to your partner about your choices if you like. 5: White, Knife, Shrubbery, Agent The other rounds will be: - Round 6: Plum, Poison, Library, Professor (Previously were; Round 1: Mustard, Rope, Boat House, Colonel. Round 2: Peacock, Hand tool, Kitchen, Officer, Round 3: Scarlet, Heavy Object, Bedroom, Dame, Round 4: Green, Gun, Great Hall, Minister) You are encouraged to use your imagination and think outside the box. Each prompt can be interpreted in several different ways. You don't have to follow the obvious path. Your pages can be painted, drawn, stamped, stitched, collaged, embellished whatever you wish. Make them great. Remember this is ART journaling, have fun and be creative. No stickers and just writing the prompt words please. The pages will be A5, portrait orientation, made of sturdy paper or card. (Do not put chunky embellishments on the leftmost 2cm of the page as they will need to be bound later). The backs of the pages should not be left plain but have at least some colour/decoration and your name, Swapbot name, swap name, date and location. There is a long lead time on the first Round but this will be shortened for the others. I'll also run a catch-up round if needed. |
