Time for some Halloween fun! Whether Halloween is celebrated in your country or not, it is a good excuse to send out some creepy (or cute) spooky mail! :) Step 1: Grab a security envelope, and carefully loosen the gummed sides. Not sure what a security envelope is? A security envelope has a pattern printed on the inside, which makes it difficult to see the contents. They are used for bills, bank statements, etc. Step 2: Glue the envelope back together with the security design on the outside. Step 3: Decorate the envelope with rubber stamped images, collage, or paint, or set it on fire (just kidding). Basically, whatever takes your fancy. (You can also be a rebel and decorate the envelope before you glue it back together...) Step 4: Include a Halloween-related paper surprise for your partner. It can be a postcard, ephemera, die-cuts, etc. Anything to help them make either more ghoulish mail with or to encourage them to send out more spooky mail. ;) Step 5: Slap some pretty postage on it and you’re done! Remember to include both the swap name and your username. Please be courteous and rate promptly upon receiving! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to post them in the comment section below or drop me a PM. |
