This has been mentioned on the forum a couple of times, so for this swap you will send your partner a baggie (whatever size is appropriate) of the rainbow. For the purposes of this particular swap, we will use the rainbow song that I learnt as a child, which is;- Red and yellow and pink and green, purple and orange and blue. You should send your partner one item to represent each colour of the rainbow. It doesn’t have to be the only colour on the item, but, must be the predominate colour. Some suggestions on what you could send are;- postcards, notecards, notebooks, atc’s, jewellery, pens, pencils, bookmarks, keyrings. Please do not send more than two paper based items (postcards or notecards) . Handmade is fine, but again, for no more than two. A rough guide on cost would be £5-7/$7-9. As this is a group swap, I am not going to set a rating, but I reserve the right to remove any participant that I feel may be problematic. If you have any current 3 or 1 ratings on your profile that are unaddressed, you will be removed. I do a final check just before assigning partners, and if you have any late swaps on your dash at that point you will also be removed. You must have completed and been rated for at least 5 type 3 swaps. There have been a few queries recently as to what is acceptable as a Baggie swap – there is no simple answer to this question. As long as the swap guidelines are met, then it is acceptable, but please remember you are trying to please your partner, and this is a type 3 package swap – if what you are sending is a small, flat envie, then it is probably not enough! |
