As we celebrate 2015 and fresh beginnings, I’d like for us to look back at the tangle that got each of us started on this artistic journey that is Zentangles.

Tangle on an ATC and send it to your partner in an envelope.

Please check that you have read the details as the requirements for each swap in the series may vary.

This is a sender's choice swap, but please avoid religious/controversial themes. This is a type 3, International swap with a minimum rating of 4.99 and above. For interested swappers with less than 4.99, do leave me a private message for consideration.

The Details:

• One partner.

• Tangle the very FIRST tangle pattern you learnt whilst picking up the Zentangle method, and feature it on an ATC blank. You may choose to leave it as a monotangle, or add other tangles to beautify your work. However, it must be obvious to anyone, at a glance, which tangle was your first, ie. it should be in the spotlight.

• You may choose your favourite art paper, bristol board, strathmore cold press, etc., just ensure your ZIA ATC is thick enough.

• You may choose to include a sleeve for the ZIA ATC, but it is not a requirement.

• You may choose to use shading, glitter, fabric and colours in your ZIA ATC but it is not a requirement.

• Include a note containing: A. your SB moniker, B. swap name, C. a few lines to share with your partner the story behind how/why you began tangling and D. quick list of tangles used in your ZIA ATC.

• Send your ZIA ATC and note in an envie.

• Rate your partner when you receive a ZIA ATC with a note that includes A. B. C. & D.
