Description: | |
The idea for this swap series was inspired by a seasonal washi swap in which participants sent washi samples in themes corresponding with the letters of the season. I thought it would be a fun challenge and make for a delightful variety of washi samples to do a series of 5 swaps in which we make it through the whole alphabet! For this final swap: This will be a little different from the last four, in that you're only required to choose 5 out of the 6 letters to represent with washi tape, since there are a couple of tough ones in there (e.g. 3 of the 6 letters had only between 1/2 page and 3 pages in my little dictionary). If you can get all six letters, more power to you! :) Only five are required. For each letter you will send one 12" or longer sample of washi tape in a theme/design that corresponds with that letter, for a total of 5 samples. Please label or note your themes for your partner. Some examples for possibilities (just to get you started thinking): U: ukuleles, ultramarine, umbrellas, underwater, umber, unicycles, unicorns, undergrowth, unusual, upper-case letters, etc. Use your imagination: there are TONS of possibilities, even if you don't have a large collection of washi. :) Here are the requirements for this swap: You must have a 4.98 rating or higher to participate, with no recent no-sends. I will angel this swap if necessary. You will have one partner for this swap. You will send your partner 5 washi tape samples (each at least 12: long) in themes/designs of your choice which begin with 5 of the following 6 letters: U, V, W, X, Y, Z, and note your theme choices for your partner. You may, of course, do all 6 if you like, but this is not a requirement. Please send washi samples wrapped on a sturdy surface from which they can easily be peeled off. Quality laminated playing cards work well, as does cardstock/tagboard/cardboard covered with packaging tape. Because of the nature of this swap, and it being sender's choice, you can get this ready ahead of time, even before partners are assigned, if you'd like. When you receive your washi samples, as long as they meet the above requirements, you should rate your partner a 5. Hearts are, of course, at your discretion. Enjoy! Have fun! :) Thanks for reading, and I hope you join in! รขโขยฅ |
