The theme is flowers, from single flowers to bouquets and anything goes - shop bought, handmade, or even sketched and coloured in. As long as the card is a standard size and it is something that you would be happy with yourself.

Please send naked (no envelope), so just bear this in mind if you are doing a handmade card.

Remember to include your Swap-bot I.D, and the name of the swap on the card.

The post office sells a Global/USA forever stamp and it is used for international letters and postcards. @savannahmiles4u is correct on the current price ($1.15). Fyi, one design is slightly larger, so you'll want to make sure that you start the address a littler lower on the card to accommodate the stamp.
