Description:

I ran three rounds of this swap years ago when I was first on Swap-Bot and it seemed to go down very well. It's a low-cost, easy swap but the results were fab on the previous three rounds and it's nice to receive a few envelopes full of nice things through the post. This is a slightly edited version of the original swaps, as a few of the items have changed.

For this swap you will send THREE partners an envelope containing the following ;

x1 Poem - self written or by a proper poet, it doesn't matter. Printed or hand-written.

x1 Quote - any quote. Printed or hand written.

x1 Sweet/candy or chocolate. EDITED TO ADD - something edible or a hot drink like tea, coffee or hot chocolate sachets. - As some countries are getting hot at the moment and things may melt. Please send something that won't melt and please note in the comments if you live somewhere where it is too hot at the moment to receive chocolate etc.

x1 Other - another small, flat item. Examples could be wrapped tea bags, washi tape, ATC's or ATC supplies, coins from your country, a sticker sheet etc. Anything that would be lovely to receive.

x1 A short letter explaining why you picked the items you did.

If you like,of course, you can add other items into the envie but the above 5 things are all that's required.

Don't just scribble any old thing down - make it neat and nice and something you would want to receive yourself.

This is SENDERS CHOICE but feel free to check profiles if you like.

This is open to anyone with a 4.8 rating with no unexplained 1's or 3's and 20 non-electronic swaps completed. If you don't meet the rating requirements feel free to message me as I may be able to do a private version of this swap with you =)

Pretty sure this should be a Type 3 swap. The candy won't be flat enough...

user2637 : I've edited the swap now :)

Also, could people watching/joining let me know if 3 partners is okay? If people want more or less partners, that can be done if most are in agreement =)

I would like to join but I am hesitant about the candy/chocolate. It is getting pretty warm here in the Southwest and I think it may make an awful mess. Any ideas for me sending or receiving the candy?

YOLIinAZ - I've edited the swap.

Scotland, at the moment, is still cool enough that we can receive chocolate or candy through the post, luckily. If everybody just comments here or lets their partner know the situation where they live, hopefully that will keep things from arriving a melted mess! :)

YOLIinAZ - Unfortunately, though, you don't have enough non-electronic swaps completed to join at the moment. However, I'd be willing to do this as a private swap with you if you would like. If so, feel free to message me :) x

I joined but then realised i don't have 20 swaps complete. :( can i do the private version?

Love this idea! Would you mind if I took your idea and did a regional one? This is a really cute idea, but I am limiting my international sends to the wishes groups I am in where I send and expect nothing in return. Please let me know what you think. Thank you!

It has been very hot here in Tennessee, so it would be best if no one sent me chocolate. Thanks!
