Poetry on a Postcard

international, open to newbies, as long as your profile is filled in.

The first time I was in this swap, in 2007, hosted by a dear friend, who is no longer in swap-bot. I've seen lots of variations, of it, along the way, but am returning to the simple.

You will have two partners, (that means you'll get two ratings!), you will send each one of them a postcard, with a stanza, or a few lines of a poem that you like, or that has touched your life in some way.

please credit the author, unless you've written it yourself.

do not put your postcard in an envelope, to mail, these are to be "well-travelled" postcards, which you will address to your partners, put a stamp on them, and send them on their way!

It is VERY important that you include the name of the swap, and your own swapping name someplace on the card, because many of us use nicknames here in swap-bot, but we want to be able to thank you, when we receive your swap!

Be sure to then click of the "SENT" link on this page, so you won't get marked lower, just because the postal service might be slow.

I hope you have FUN with this. Please use a picture postcard, sender's choice on that.

Any questions, or concerns, please just post here, or message me.
