Description:
This Swap is to celebrate Leap Year. Please make one ATC for one partner with something regarding Leap Year... maybe the date, a calendar, maybe the number 29... what ever speaks "leap year" to you. Your card should be made on sturdy card-stock, sized the standard 2 1â„2 by 3 1â„2 inches that includes swap name, sender's name and date written on the back. Please rate the ATCs on the fact that it was received on time and that it is more then just a sticker on paper. HAPPY SWAPPING!
