Description:

So this may seem an odd choice of theme, but I really wanted to start a series of pocket letters that cater to some of the things I like and that I know a lot of others are into.

Here are the rules:

1) Use a trading card sleeve protector page that has 9 pockets and holes on the left side with which to slide into binder rings. You can make your own, but make sure that each pocket fits a 2.5"x 3.5" card.

2) All pockets must be decorated in the front (Inside or outside, does not matter.) Decorating the back is not mandatory, but it is a bonus. No pressure on that account.

3) Each pocket has to have a little goody. It doesn't matter what it is (Sender's choice but be mindful of allergies), just make sure that whatever you are sending has not expired. Stickers must still be sticky, metals must not be rusty, etc.

PLEASE make sure that the receiver has access to all the pocket openings. Overlapping is fine as long as the receiver can pull out the goodies without having to peel off the design.

Because this is sender's choice, You don't have to pick one character, or one book. Have fun. You can make each pocket a different character, you can make it house specific, you can make it themed after a particular class... the options are many and you have free reign.

I specify on the title that this is inspired because you aren't likely to buy all new things to make this pocket letter, and its fun to get creative with the stash you already have.

In one of the pockets, please insert a letter to your partner about yourself and the choices you made during the creation of the Pocket Letter. The contents of the letter are really up to you, but a few sentences would be nice.

Ideas for things to put in the pockets: tags, stickers, ephemera, tea, artist trading cards, etc.

I will angel if you are flaked on.

Any questions, feel free to ask in a PM or down below. (Image for swap found @ http://papertree.blogspot.com.au/2015/03/harry-potter-themed-plp.html)

What do you mean by (Inside or outside, does not matter.) ? I do mine like ATCs. So there is the info of the swap and my dates on the back and only the front is crafted. :-)

@Drachenfrau , You can decorate the inside of the pockets so that the plastic covers/protects your work or you can glue some embellishments on the outside of the pocket (directly on top of the plastic) to give it more dimension. Using ATC's as the goodie is awesome! But it may not be everyone's cup of tea if it's only ATC's. You have a better idea of what you want to do with it than I, so have fun. Hope that answered your question.

Thank you! :-) No I meant, that I make ATCs for the pockets, but not as goodies! For putting the goodies behind. I mean I do not only decorate the pockets, but be creative and make 9 ATCs as decoration. I hope that makes sense. Lol

@Drachenfrau Sounds like a great idea!
