The focus is the hat.

So you can draw, paint, collage, cut from newspaper, rubber stamp and embellish at will, a guy, any kind of guy, with a hat any kind of hat, on.

On the back of the ATC print your swap.bot ID and the name of the swap.

Of course the ATC should be 3.5" X 2.5" on a sturdy background paper, like a cereal box cut to size.
