...by any other name would smell as sweet. That which we are accustomed to call beautiful is often a mirage, a fata morgana, a set of moving goalposts.

It is often said that the first step towards finding your own beauty is to recognise the beauty in others. Beauty as YOU see it. In this swap, we will make this first step.

Find an image, postcard, magazine clipping of an adult person who is NOT conventionally beautiful. Look at it and find that person's beauty as YOU see it: their rolls of cuddly fat, their beautiful scars, stretch marks, tattoos, posture; their smooth bald head, their luxuriant and delicious armpit hair, that gentleman's boobs or that lady's soft beard.

Send that image to your partner with a note about what YOU find beautiful about the person depicted.
