Open to International and those who have a 4.75 rating and above. Try and mail Halloween cards out as soon as possible so they can be enjoyed for the holiday. I have a goofy cat card on my computer sent by a swapper and it makes me smile every time I look at it :) HAVE FUN!

Never get there by the 28th unless they do send out early.I would change the sign up date to the 18th
