Please buy a nice pair of warm fuzzy socks for your partner in their size. No dollar store socks please!! Get something sturdy that's going to last for a while!! Try and get it in either one of their favorite colors or a mixture. Then send 3 different teas, coffees, or cocoas that you're partner may like! I love curling up with a good book in the winter when it's cold out with a pair of warm socks and a good hot drink with me!! Please specify in the comments area the colors you like (around 3 or 4 just in case your partner can't find a certain color) and the types of teas or cocoas or coffees you like.
