Who doesn't love penguins? They are so darn cute and there is a day dedicated just to them. World Penguin Day is April 25th. To celebrate let's create 1 ATC for 1 partner with a penguin on it. Use any medium you like, senders choice. ATC size is 3.5 by 2.5. Please make it on a study background. On the back please include your name and the swap name. Please remember to rate your partner when you receive your swap. Someone worked hard to make the ATC just for you and deserves to be thanked. If needed I will angel.
