This one goes out to rayce, she asked for it, here it is! For this swap please send you partner at least 4 rolls of Halloween washi tape. Don't send a roll that has one foot left on it, send a pretty nice used roll or a new roll. Be kind, send what you would like to receive. No need to mention flakers but I guess I must, you know the drill. Any questions please ask.

I was wondering if black and white washi would be acceptable for a Halloween type washi? Or does it need to contain Halloween images?
