Hi fans of washi! You will be assigned 1 partner. You will send 5 washi samples (12 inches each, minimum) to your partner. No plastic deco tape. Decorate the envelope you send it in so your partner will notice it in its mailbox. No newbies for this one, sorry. Must have a rating of 4.98 with at least 10 5s for type 2 and type 3 swaps.
