Description:

The first swap was fun, so let's have another round. (Note: I've added a few slight changes to this round, so please read through all the instructions.)

Using small "snippets" of your different tapes, you are to cover at a minimum, the front side one white (or other solid color) envelope. Covering the back side is optional. It will become the mailing envelope for this swap. You may leave a white space to add the mailing addresses or you could use a mailing label over the tape. (I recommend you seal over your label with clear tape after you write the address because sometime labels don't stick that well to certain tapes.)

Any kind of tape may be used to decorate your envelope (even shiny deco tape or yes, even duct tape - there are so many pretty tapes - it's all good.)

Inside your envelope, please add a little note (short or long, it's up to you) with your name/swap-bot ID and some washi tape samples. Please give one standard playing card's worth and depending on the width of your washi tape, the amount of tape samples may vary. The length of each sample should be about 18 inches (45.72 centimeters). I tend to wrap 9 times around the card and this gives a little extra. :)

That's it - pretty easy, eh? I hope you'll come on out and have fun showing off your tapes. I know we all have lots of tapes of our own, and most likely, tons of samples we've received in our all swapping! :)

Lastly, anyone can join as long as they follow through on sending the swap. This group is all about happy mail. Flakers need not apply.

P.S. PLEASE: if you do not receive your swap from an international partner, do not "jump the gun" and rate a partner without contacting them once 2 weeks has elapsed, it is not unusual that a swap from another part of the world may take over 2 weeks to get to you - THANKS!
