LBoE - Summertime Dotee

I know that here in Massachusetts, we had a temp of 5 degrees when I got up this morning, but the wind chill made it like it was -8 I believe.......way too cold for me! And where pretty much everyone here in the US is feeling a LOT colder than their usual winter chill, why don't we do a little dreaming and make a summer-theme dotee?

The normal dotee rules apply: 3-6", face, hanger, tail. After that, the rest is up to you! Make a bathing beauty in a bikini, a sun wearing sunglasses, a sno-cone, etc. As long as it reminds you of summer, you're good to go!
