ATC - Rugrats (Hand drawn only)

In this swap you'll create 1 hand drawn ATC for the 90's cartoon series "Rugrats".

Your card should be the standard 3.5"x2.5" inches.

Please use cardstock or a more sturdier material to cut your cards out of.

Label the backing of your card with the swap name, date, and your swap-bot user name so that you can be rated properly.

No recent 1's or 3's without good reason or with people who are still active where you can fix these ratings. I do check every single person's profile. I will Vet this swap and ban unqualified swappers before I assign partners.

You must be part of swap-bot for at least a few months and have 30+ type 2 or type 3 swaps under your belt before joining. I will allow you to join 1 swap at a time until I'm sure you're able to hold up your end of the swap. :)
